Our salt water pool will help restore mind and body. The hot water stimulates blood flow and melts away muscle tension.
FINNISH SAUNA
Our sauna positively influences the mind and body. Saunas improve the immune system and blood circulation, as well as cleanse and rejuvenate the skin. We recommend a minimum of eight and a maximum of 15 minutes at one time in the sauna.
STEAM ROOM
Our steam room deeply relaxes and cleanses the skin with its chromotherapy and aromatherapy. It helps relieve muscle soreness and joint stiffness, as well as enhance your immune system through lymph detoxification and blood circulation. The high concentration of steam helps exercise the lungs. We recommend a maximum of 3 sets of 8 to 10 minute trips to the steam room over 24 hours.
Access to the wet area includes use of the pool, sauna, and steam room. Reservation is required. Slot of 1 hour maximum. Maximum of 8 people at the same time.
