A soothing summer smoothie by Hotel de Russie: Blueberry Ecstasy

Ingredients (serves one):

60g blueberries
1 banana
5g almond butter
240ml of oat milk
½ teaspoon of vegan proteins
Fresh mint leaves 

Method:

Slice the banana finely, and place it in a blender. Add the other ingredients, leaving a couple of blueberries, and mix until the consistency is smooth but pourable.

Serve in a chilled cocktail glass and garnish with fresh mint leaves and blueberries.
