Spa guests must be 16 years of age and above.
Our gym is fully-equipped with Technogym cardiovascular equipment. It also has a separate weights room with both free weights and Technogym weight machines.
PERSONAL TRAINING
Our dedicated personal trainer is available for individual sessions in our fully equipped gym and weights room. We will build an effective and bespoke training plan to help you reach your personal goals.

The name Isgha comes from the gaelic word for water. The products have been developed in the Outer Hebrides using the highest quality and purest Scottish seaweed combined with water from a natural spring situated on the beautiful Isle of Lewis. INDOOR LAP POOL
Our 15-metre indoor pool is perfect for swimming laps.
TURKISH STEAM ROOM
Our steam room deeply relaxes and cleanses the skin. It helps relieve muscle soreness and joint stiffness, as well as enhance your immune system through lymph detoxification and blood circulation. The high concentration of steam makes it more difficult to breathe, which helps exercise the lungs. We recommend a maximum of three sets of eight to 10 minute trips to the steam room over 24 hours.
FINNISH SAUNA
Our sauna positively influences the mind and body. Saunas improve the immune system and blood circulation, as well as cleanse and rejuvenate the skin. We recommend a minimum of eight and a maximum of 15 minutes at one time in the sauna.
Membership at The Balmoral Spa includes regular access to our facilities, including a fully-equipped cardiovascular gymnasium, fitness and dance studio, sauna, steam room and 15-metre swimming pool, with personal trainers to set you on the fast-track to fitness.

JOINING FEES
Each membership category has an initial joining fee of £80 per person. This is a non-refundable fee. The joining fee does not apply to one month memberships.
