  • A change in rate may apply if guest numbers change after a quote is supplied; rates are subject to availability and black out dates do apply.
  • The rates are valid from 1st October 2024 to 30th April 2025 and only applicable for bookings materialised by 30th April 2025.
  • Rates are quoted in local currency.
  • The Kick off meeting package and accommodation is a minimum two night stay.
  • The Rocco Forte Promise benefits are available for group bookings with a minimum of 25 rooms or more, Maximum 2 complimentary rooms and 2 upgrades per night.
  • All events must be over £/Euro 10,000 in confirmed revenue to be able to select any benefits, events revenue is inclusive of room hire and F&B
  • The complimentary experience can only be enjoyed for a group with a minimum of 25 rooms or more and the experience can only be enjoyed at the hotel that your group is staying at.
  • This promotion may not be used in conjunction with other promotions. It can be removed or changed at any time and is subject to availability.
