Experience a dazzling revival of disco nights with Cielo Bar’s summer cocktail menu. Inspired by the electric energy and glamour of Studio 54, the New York City nightclub that defined an era, each creation by Simone di Serio and his team is a vibrant and playful tribute to the golden age of nightlife.

On Rome’s most iconic rooftop terrace, revel in the complex and exciting flavours of Friday Night Fever, the rich, rounded sweetness of Sunset Boogie, or the smoky undertones of Neon and Bubbles – bold blends evoking the magnetic spirit of the 1970s.

Magical DJ Nights

This summer, Cielo Bar presents live DJ sets from Tuesday to Saturday. With Fridays themed around Studio 54 in celebration of our new drinks menu, join us on the terrace for cocktails and sunset rhythms as our DJ spins the soundtrack to your Roman nights.

We wish for everyone to feel comfortable, so whilst we do not operate a dress code, we kindly recommend that our guests are respectful of the environment we have created here at Hotel de la Ville and refrain from wearing sportswear, shorts and beach shoes in our restaurants. Our guests within the hotel usually opt for a smart-casual style.
