Our decadent breakfast buffet is a celebration of seasonal ingredients and local delicacies, from baskets of freshly baked bread and homemade cakes to vibrant salads, cheeses, and seasoned meats. Complementing this banquet, our à la carte menu offers a choice of hot and cold dishes, such as our must-try Carbonara scrambled eggs.
Experience Chef Fulvio Pierangelini’s seasonally inspired menu in our candlelit dining room, where black and white geometric patterns guide the eye toward the open kitchen for a glimpse behind the scenes of our signature dishes. Under low lighting, amid large potted plants that invite the outside in, feast on classic seafood and exquisite farm-to-table fare.
We wish for everyone to feel comfortable, so whilst we do not operate a dress code, we kindly recommend that our guests are respectful of the environment we have created here at Hotel de la Ville and refrain from wearing sportswear, shorts and beach shoes in our restaurants. Our guests within the hotel usually opt for a smart-casual style.
