The Story

Renowned for his culinary creativity and inspirational flavour combinations, Fulvio Pierangelini, Rocco Forte Hotels’ Creative Director of Food, presents a new gastronomic concept at Cielo, matched by unrivalled views across the rooftops of Rome.

Cielo's menu includes a range of seafood featuring the flavours of the Mediterranean from crudi and lobster to octopus and seaweed tagliolini. Showcasing the unique, signature style of Chef Fulvio, Cielo offers a gourmet selection of local, seasonal produce including fresh vegetables, farm-reared meat and sumptuous, traditional desserts.

Easter Lunch & Egg Hunt

Gather your friends and family and celebrate Easter with us at Cielo. Savour a special four-course menu curated by Chef Fulvio Pierangelini, featuring seasonal delicacies, while enjoying a stunning 360-degree view of the Roman skyline. Little ones will be entertained with our Easter egg hunt and our beloved tradition of breaking a giant chocolate egg. Our photographer will be on hand to capture the moments and send you the photos, so you can keep a lovely souvenir of a day well spent.
