Taste Italy’s most coveted ingredient in our à la carte Truffle Menu - a choice of seven dishes enhanced with aromatic Italian white or winter truffle. The intensely seasonal flavour of these ephemeral morsels, found in the wild forests of Italy’s northern and central regions by our trusted supplier, is the ideal complement to dishes such as Turbot fillet with artichoke, potato and olive oil puree, and classic pillows of Agnolotti ‘Cacio e Pepe’.

Easter Brunch
CHIARO invites you to a traditional Easter Brunch on Easter Sunday. Our buffet includes culinary delights as fresh as the incoming season, with oysters and other seafood, various antipasti, asparagus dishes, bread and rolls, tiramisu, Italian tarts, a selection of salumi and cheese as well as Pasta ‘alla Ruota’, cooked in a traditional parmesan wheel with fragrant truffles.
Easter Brunch is served on 31 March 2024 from 12pm in the CHIARO Bar and from 12.30pm in the CHIARO Restaurant, at a price of €110 per person. Drinks, excluding alcohol, are complimentary.

The CHIARO team invite you to enjoy an Easter Menu inspired by the vitality of the season. Our joyful four-course menu focuses on fresh, seasonal dishes that delight in their simplicity. Awaken your palette as the natural world renews once more and celebrate spring with us.
The four-course Easter Menu is available at CHIARO 29th March to 1st April 2024 at a price of €89 per person, excluding drinks.
