Spring’s bounty, honoured and reimagined at CHIARO. Long weekends were made for this. Join us for a special Easter menu, where the season’s freshest flavours meet our signature approach to Italian cooking. Order à la carte, or enjoy our four-course set menu featuring Beelitz corn-fed poulard with morel cream and asparagus, harvested in its prime. For dessert, deliciously tart rhubarb is paired with chocolate and salted caramel, for a sweet ending to your meal. Families are invited to enjoy a special saving when dining with children.

A fond harbinger of spring, the humble asparagus is anything but at CHIARO. Celebrate the season’s centrepiece with our dedicated menu. Tender spears accompanying delicate sea bass tartare and pistachio pesto, baked ‘al cartoccio’ with thyme butter and Golden Queen Caviar, or paired with lamb rump and fresh morel mushrooms.
