I understand that the Hotel de Russie welcomes pets up to 20kg, with a maximum of one pet per room (or two pets, each weighing up to 10kg), unless otherwise approved by hotel management.
I accept full responsibility for any and all liability, claims, losses, costs, and expenses for personal injury or property damage caused by my pet(s).
I am responsible for ensuring that my pet’s behaviour is courteous and non-disruptive to others. Pets in public spaces must be kept on a leash (or carried/in a basket).
I agree that my pet(s) will not be left unattended in my room at any time, and I understand that my room will not be serviced if the pet(s) are left alone. Alternatively, I will contact housekeeping to arrange a convenient time for the room to be serviced.
I take full responsibility for the care of my pet(s), and there is no expectation for the Hotel de Russie employees to look after my pet.
I understand that the hotel reserves the right to request the removal of my pet if its behavior is deemed disruptive, unsafe, or damaging to the hotel environment.
I agree not to bring my pet(s) into any indoor Food & Beverage outlets, the Spa, or the Gym, unless they are service animals.
I understand that I am responsible for cleaning up after my pet(s) on hotel property and in the surrounding neighborhood. I agree to a one-time antiallergenic deep cleaning fee of €150 per stay.
