The Antinori Chianti Classico winery was built entirely with locally sourced materials, in keeping with the surrounding environment and the Tuscan landscape. Designed to have a low environmental impact and maximum energy savings, the winery is an unusual and fascinating structure.
For the first time in 26 generations, the Antinori family have launched a new winery specifically designed to welcome wine enthusiasts. The centre invites visitors to explore the world of Antinori through different experiences and discover the company philosophy, which is based on passion, patience and commitment to the highest quality.
Guests at the winery can choose between a variety of tailor-made experiences, from an exclusive private tour with a premium wine tasting to a private dinner in the cellar or a meal in the Michelin starred restaurant Osteria di Passignano, which includes a tasting menu and wine pairing.
It is also possible to design bespoke experiences according to the client’s requests, such as a personalised cooking class or live cooking demonstration.
