Un omaggio alla cucina italiana e agli ingredienti regionali, il ristorante Irene porta i piatti autentici dello Chef Fulvio Pierangelini nel cuore della Toscana, a pochi passi dalla maestosità rinascimentale del famoso Duomo di Firenze.
Famoso in tutto il mondo per essere stato alla guida del rinomato ristorante Il Gambero Rosso (due stelle Michelin) a San Vincenzo, Fulvio Pierangelini ha collaborato con il nostro Chef Giovanni Cosmai e con i migliori fornitori locali di Firenze per creare un menù basato sui classici toscani.
