Our Rocco Forte Kids programme ensures younger guests will be just as pampered as the grown-ups. We welcome children of all ages – our programme is tailored for babies (ages 0-3), kids (ages 4-12) and teens (ages 13-16).

Each of our hotels has a special animal theme with details that children will love, from personalised Rocco Forte Kids passport at check-in and welcome treats, to pint-sized bathrobes and slippers and animal cuddly toys. Older guests can enjoy bespoke itineraries created by our Concierge team, special spa treatments or interactive entertainment in their rooms.

Edinburgh has a wealth of family attractions all in close proximity to The Balmoral. Such as Edinburgh Zoo, Dynamic Earth, the National Museum of Scotland and Camara Obscura. Edinburgh was also one of the biggest inspirations for the Harry Potter books, many of them being written in the city too.
