When one thinks of art in Munich, graffiti is not typically the first thing that springs to mind. However, Munich is known as the birthplace of the German graffiti scene, and it’s also home to the pioneering artist Loomit, whose real name is Mathias Köhler.

Experience Munich's street art scene in the company of the artist on an exclusive tour for guests of The Charles Hotel. During the tour, you'll visit the city's most intriguing street art and learn more about the creative scene’s origins and secrets.
The tour begins at 10am at The Charles Hotel and includes a 90-minute guided tour through the creative hub of Werksviertel Mitte, also home to the artist's studio.
From there, Loomit will accompany you to Columbus Square: a former bus station and its surrounds which serve both as a piece of art and a playground for graffiti artists.
The tour continues to Germany's largest open-air street art gallery at Donnersberger Bridge, where Loomit will walk you through his personal highlights. The tour concludes at 2pm back at The Charles Hotel.
The price of this private tour is €1,000 and accommodates up to six people, including limousine or minivan transfer. Children aged eight and above are warmly welcomed. You can book the tour through our concierge team.
