The menu by Fulvio Pierangelini and Emmanuele Riccobono celebrates nature's bounty. Catch of the day, served with homegrown braised fennel and citrus. Spaghettoni with shrimp from Sciacca. Ricotta ravioli with truffle. Seasonal ingredients are handpicked from our organic garden, including our fragrant Verdura olive oil. Each dish is complemented by an extensive wine list of carefully curated Sicilian and Italian labels.
