The Menu

Fulvio Pierangelini has created an outstanding menu with our Executive Chef, showcasing the abundant natural produce of the island: from the local catch of the day, served with homegrown braised fennel and citrus, to "Spaghettoni" with shrimp from Sciacca, zucchini leaves, and lemon. All of course accompanied by selected Sicilian and international wines.
