A Story Between Japan and Sicily

Inspired by the Japanese word Nagori, which evokes the nostalgia felt at the end of a harvest, our new restaurant concept reimagines local ingredients with Far East influences. Chef Fulvio Pierangelini describes his menu as ‘the mastery, purity, taste, and precision of the Japanese art in sushi preparation, combined with the wonders of the fish from our sea’. Nagori explores the dynamism of seasonal produce, including from Verdura Resort’s gardens, in sharing dishes that showcase an elegant synergy between West and East.
