With 45 holes of golf designed by acclaimed golf architect Kyle Phillips, Verdura fully deserves its reputation as Italy’s number one golf resort.

The resort’s two 18-hole links-style championship layouts – Verdura Links and Verdura Shore – blend seamlessly together to take players on a memorable golfing journey.

Breathtaking views of the Mediterranean are never far away, while the nine-hole par-three Executive Course is perfect for players looking to hone their short-game skills.

Verdura Links

PAR 73 - 6763 METRES / 7396 YARDS

Already regarded among the best courses in Italy, Verdura Links has been taken to new heights with Kyle Phillips returning to rework his magic with a recent redesign.

The extensive renovation has seen a number of new features added and modifications made to the routing of the layout and the neighbouring Verdura Shore.

Each hole presents a unique test of skill and strategy if players are to score well, with giant, fast-running greens and expertly placed bunkers adding to the challenge. Water is never too far away and don’t forget your camera, with the three-hole stretch from the sixth to the eighth among the best in Europe.

Verdura Shore

PAR 70 - 6547 METRES / 7160 YARDS

Also originally created by Kyle Phillips in 2010 and the subject of a recent upgrade, Verdura Shore doesn’t always get the same attention as its 18-hole sibling but is no less of a challenge and just as beautiful.

Following a front nine that starts with three demanding par fours and ascends through the estate, the layout heads back towards the coast on the back nine, with the course reaching a dramatic conclusion with the final six holes running alongside the Mediterranean.

Large greens and tricky bunkers are again in play while players must also pay particular attention to the wind direction and strength, especially from the 13th hole onwards.
