Extra Virgin Olive Oil
Our organic olive oil is a blend of traditional Sicilian olive varieties (Cerasuola, Biancolilla and Nocellara), handpicked and cold pressed a few hours from harvesting, which retains all their organoleptic properties and ensures the very best taste. A deep bright green colour, with a harmonious array of characteristic aromas, including orange blossom, artichoke, mint and basil, this is excellent olive oil.
Arancello Orange Liqueur
In the 1800s, inhabitants of Verdura River Valley used to leave sun-dried orange peel to macerate in the early December wine. Following this centuries-old tradition, we came up with a unique Arancello liqueur recipe. Ribera P.D.O Oranges peel is left to macerate in pure alcohol for ten days, the spirit is then filtered and watered down with sugar to around 28% ABV. Arancello is a smooth digestive liqueur with a crisp orange flavour.

Our Società Agricola Products are made with traditional methods using our organic ingredients grown at Verdura: artichokes, eggplant, olives, oranges, tomatoes, almonds, peppers, capers and much more. We have the following products:

Sicilian black bee honey (Slow Food Presidium)
Pâtés: black olive; green olive and almond; red pepper and almond; artichoke
Pestos: Siciliano (basil, olive oil, garlic); Trapanese (tomato, basil, almond, olive oil, garlic); Ferdinandea (basil, tuna, salty pistachio pesto, garlic, olive oil); Pistachio (salty pesto, sweet cream)
Sicilian specialities: caponata di melanzane (aubergine, onion, tomato, capers, vinegar); salty capers (capers, salt); Sicilian cherry tomatoes (dry cherry tomatoes, basil, olive oil, garlic)
