A Taste of Sicily
Sicily’s balmy climate and rich soil has attracted a melting pot of Arab, French, Greek and Spanish influences which have inspired a world of fascinating flavours to explore. Paying homage to the island’s renowned delicacies, “Taste of Sicily” is a gastronomic journey to discover some of Sicily’s most delicious traditions that have been inherited through generations of families and farmers. Guests will be divided into teams where they’ll be introduced to a total of six different cooking tasks. Each task will involve a recipe, such as rolling your own cannoli or crafting a classic Sicilian orange salad. Through these educational activities, budding chefs will come away with a booklet of wonderful Sicilian recipes and new skills to recreate at home. Buon appetito!
